Most venues price the room and add the rest as it comes up: security, valet, the kitchen your caterer needs, the tables, the hour the music has to stop. Each arrives later, as a line, a tier or a rule.
Here, they come with the building. The ledger below sets the two side by side, so you can compare with your eyes open. We would rather you read it here than find it later.

The whole building, for one event
All three floors, from the time you arrive until your last guest leaves.
No other party shares it. No shared lobby, no second event letting out into your arrival, no one else's schedule to work around.
Security is usually a separate line, or part of a higher tier. A manager on the night is often the upgrade.
Five staff, on your night
Two security guards, a police officer, a bathroom attendant, and an operations manager.
They come with the building. They are not a tier you select or an upgrade you add on.
Valet is usually a separate charge, and often shared with whoever else is in the building that night. Without it, guests circle the block.
Your own valet
For your guests and nobody else's. They pull up to reserved spots in front rather than circling the block for parking.

Usually a prep kitchen, sometimes none. The caterer brings ovens and refrigeration as rentals, and the rental lands on your bill.
A full commercial kitchen
On site: ovens, fryers, walk-in refrigerators, air conditioning. Your caterer rents nothing and cooks here, on the night.
Usually a rental order from a separate company, on a separate invoice, that you find out about after the venue is booked.
Tables and chairs
Included, and listed on your estimate, so you can see exactly what you are getting rather than guessing what a rental would add.
Usually a cutoff hour, often a cap on how loud the room gets, and sometimes a charge to run past either.

The night ends when you decide it ends. There is no cutoff hour and no cap on how loud the room gets.
